Cash Automation assumes risk of the money from the time it is deposited into the device or safe, cross pavement, in transit both to and from the cash centre and in the cash centre. We also cover against any potential pilfering and shortages.
All automated devices/safes/hardware are covered which ensures a loan replacement device within 24 hours should machine be damaged or destroyed during a robbery/heist.
Our team of technicians are fully trained and equipped to respond to any issues that may arise from time to time. There is no additional charge for after hour or weekend support and there is limit to the number of calls for any client.

The online client portal provides real time reporting of your money, clients have full access to monitor their cash and track the progress of payments. The portal also provides clients with real time reporting of the money in the device.
Clients can view invoices, statements, and manage their daily/monthly reports remotely. They are able to see all related charges to ensure no surprises at month end when they receive their invoice.
Clients can manage split payments online for an additional once of fee.
Cash Automation will supply change as stipulated to the client provided the order and payment is done 24 hours in advance.
Cash Automation can also supply clients with cash for payroll purposes packed according to client's needs. These orders need to be placed and paid for 48 hours in advance.
Cash Automation also offers the supply of cash to clients needing cash to pay suppliers and/or customers.
